Customer Service / Concierge
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Description: Altman Management is seeking two EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service / Concierge associates for our newest premier community located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This brand new mid rise community will consist of 280 non-smoking LEED certified apartment homes. The ideal candidate is someone who is: PASSIONATE about what they do, HAPPY, and likes to have fun. The Customer Service / Concierge requirements include but are not limited to: Provide residents with the highest level of efficiency, service, and genuine enthusiasm, surpassing all of the resident’s expectations. Respond to site visit or telephone inquiries. Answer/address all correspondence in a timely manner, including emails, faxes and voicemails. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property. Maintain company customer service standards. Work with residents to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints. Follow through to ensure issues are resolved. Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessary Greet and welcome residents; knowledge of daily apartment functions and events. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support company’s philosophy and company culture Ensure that the reception area is always tidy, clean, and fully stocked at all times. Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the site. Assist in the operations of front desk. Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Maintenance Manager. Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene in accordance with the employee handbook and spa specific grooming guidelines. Act as a first impression, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome to all residents at all times. Greet all residents upon their arrival. Aim to give residents the best possible service and make each resident feel important. The interest of each resident is of paramount importance. Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner, consulting a member of the leadership team when necessary. Use the resident’s name appropriately. Communicate other necessary resident information with colleagues (i.e.: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Special requests.) Proactively record resident preferences. Show a professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be able to speak, read, write English Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess good detail orientation and organizational skills. Maintenance Techinican
Location: Tampa, FL
Description: Seeking an EXCEPTIONAL Maintenance Technician for our Association, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The Maintenance Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist Maintenance Manager with maintaining the physical assets of the property in a neat, clean condition and in excellent state of repair in accordance with company operating standards and ensuring that service requests and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner. • Assist the Maintenance Manager with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks. • Work with Maintenance Manager to ensure that vacant units are made rent-ready in a timely manner. Turns should be completed within three days unless there is an unforeseen complexity to the turn. In absence of Manager, oversee turn-key work of outside contractors. • Perform preventive maintenance required for each piece of equipment in accordance with all provided Schedule(s) of Maintenance. • Know and adhere to the company’s safety program, policies and procedures. Assist Maintenance Manager with maintaining the hazard communications program. Promote and perform safe work practices. • Read and write maintenance tickets as required. Read, comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions and instructions on how to use supplies. • Clearly communicate with residents and maintain customer service standards. • On call 50% of the time on a rotating schedule is required. • Must have the ability to work weekends. Education • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. For safety, productivity and service reasons the position requires the ability to speak, read and write English.
