Customer Service / Concierge
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Description: Altman Management is seeking an EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service / Concierge associate for our newest premier community Altis Pembroke Gardens located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This brand new mid rise community will consist of 280 non-smoking LEED certified apartment homes. The ideal candidate is someone who is: PASSIONATE about what they do, HAPPY, and likes to have fun. The Customer Service / Concierge requirements include but are not limited to: Provide residents with the highest level of efficiency, service, and genuine enthusiasm, surpassing all of the resident’s expectations. Respond to site visit or telephone inquiries. Answer/address all correspondence in a timely manner, including emails, faxes and voicemails. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property. Maintain company customer service standards. Work with residents to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints. Follow through to ensure issues are resolved. Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessary Greet and welcome residents; knowledge of daily apartment functions and events. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support company’s philosophy and company culture Ensure that the reception area is always tidy, clean, and fully stocked at all times. Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the site. Assist in the operations of the front desk. Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Maintenance Manager. Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene in accordance with the employee handbook and spa specific grooming guidelines. Act as a first impression, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome to all residents at all times. Greet all residents upon their arrival. Aim to give residents the best possible service and make each resident feel important. The interest of each resident is of paramount importance. Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner, consulting a member of the leadership team when necessary. Use the resident’s name appropriately. Communicate other necessary resident information with colleagues (i.e.: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Special requests.) Proactively record resident preferences. Show a professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be able to speak, read, write English Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess good detail orientation and organizational skills. Self starter Hours: Saturdays and Sundays from 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Property Director
Location: Tampa, FL
Description: We are currently seeking an EXCEPTIONAL Property Director for one of our newest premier apartments communities in the Tampa, Florida area. VALUES our trademark standard of delivering an Exceptional Living Experience. Understands that RELATIONSHIPS built on honesty, empowerment and respect, fortify our business. Has PERSONALITY; providing a personal touch, and strives each day to enhance the ease of living for those we serve. Join our team and build a career with one of the nation’s leading multi-family developers, constructors, and managers of luxury apartment homes. The Property Director requirements include - but are not limited to: Effectively manage and coordinate people, activates and available resources to accomplish property objectives as established by the annual budget, Regional Manager, and Property Owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. The Property Director is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received. Submission of reports should be in a timely manner and in accordance with the reporting schedule. The following additional skills and responsibilities are required: Prepare all lease paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Be able to explain all lease documents to new associates and prospective and existing residents. Ensure all documents are properly completed prior to resident move-in. Maintain company customer service standards. Respond to resident’s requests and work with residents to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints. Follow through to ensure issues are resolved. Maintain thorough product knowledge of own property and that of major competition through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys. Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Office Programs and Management Software (YARDI preferred). Excellent management, administrative, communication, and time management skills Excellent sales skills. Maintain professional image at all times. Ability to function as a team player. Familiarity with basic office procedures. Participate in company training classes, meetings, and activities as required. Outreach marketing is required. Minimum four years’ experience in apartment property management with lease-up experience required. This position will also require working 2 weekends a month and the flexibility to work any of the other days of the week in order to accommodate the staffing needs of the community. Education College degree preferred. The position requires the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
